2. Order Cancellation by ICOM X Sdn. Bhd.

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

• The product is out of stock or discontinued.
• Payment was not successfully completed.
• The shipping address provided is invalid or undeliverable.
• There is a pricing or technical error on our website.
• The order is flagged as suspicious or fraudulent.

If we cancel an order, customers will be notified via email or phone, and a full refund will be issued.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

• If a cancellation request is approved before the order is processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.
• If an order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but customers may return the item following our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Changes to Orders

• Customers who wish to modify their orders (e.g., change shipping address or item quantity) must contact us as soon as possible.
• Once an order is processed or shipped, modifications are not possible.
